Price
Changes
The prices quoted by Mount Everest Tours & Travels are based on
airfares, exchange rates and costs in effect on the date shown.
We reserve the right to alter our prices if these rates change
substantially each year. We may also apply surcharges in the
event of significant changes in airfare, government regulations
and taxes. We cannot make refunds to traveler/trekker who is
adversely affected by changes in exchange rates.
Refunds
There will be no refunds if a passenger leaves a trip for any
reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily, after it
has begun. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodation
or services not used.
Tour escort: The service of multilingual guides and tour escorts
will be available in all our operation.
Cancellation & Refund: 25 % of the total tour-cost will be
levied for cancellation within 15 days of the date of tour
commencement and 50 % of total tour-cost will be levied for
cancellation before 72 hours of the confirmed date of tour
commencement. No refunds can be made there after.
Passports & Visas:
It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of
nationality and destination to check with the consulate/embassy
of the country they are visiting for current entry requirements.
Travel Documents: It is the client’s own responsibility to
obtain passport & travel visa. The passport should be valid for
at least 6 months beyond the intended return date. The client is
responsible for providing the company with correct, complete &
accurate information regarding personal details including
physical disabilities
Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance from your home
country that protects you & your investment in the event of a
sudden emergency before or during your trip & coverage for trip
cancellation or interruption, illness, injury, damage, loss or
theft of baggage as well as emergency assistance. |
