Kanchanjunga Trek

Literally the Kanchanjunga means crystal clear in Nepali while geographically the Kanchanjunga mountain is the second tallest in Nepal and the third tallest mountain in the world after the Mt. Everest of Nepal and the K2 of Pakistan. This is a highly adventurous trek that takes you through some of the most rugged mountainous terrain from the sub- tropical lowlands to stunning glacial plateau at real high altitudes that pour into pristine valleys and rhododendron forests. This gives you mind blowing experience of how varied nature can be and the power it radiates on the senses. This is a purely camping trek where one gets to see and interact with various cultures, people and the nature of the place along which one treads. Well equipped for a high crossing, this trek requires enough time (3 to 4 weeks) and needs a special trekking permit.
